Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Cloud2Hide platform, operated by Tuta Creatio - Stabile Opus LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Cloud2Hide exposes services running on your own machines to the public internet through a secure tunnel, with automatic TLS, a firewall you control and connection analytics. You are responsible for the machines, software and content you expose.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your credentials secure.
• One person or organization is responsible for each account and everything done under it.
• You must be legally able to enter into these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for malicious, infringing, fraudulent or abusive activity, or to send unsolicited bulk email. Outbound SMTP ports are blocked unless your account is approved.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other customers.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, following automated detection and human review.

Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly. Prices are shown net; applicable tax is added at checkout.
• Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades keep existing services running where your limits allow.
• Traffic beyond your plan's allowance is handled per the plan: hard stop on Free, or billed per GB on Pro and Premium.
• Payment is handled by our providers (Stripe, Paddle). Failure to pay may lead to suspension after a grace period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.

Dedicated IPs

Dedicated IPs are allocated in a single Region and cannot be migrated. If a Region becomes unavailable, its Dedicated IP endpoints stay down until it recovers.

Termination

You may cancel or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk to the platform or others. Suspended account data is retained for up to 365 days and then deleted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the console or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
