Privacy Policy

Cloud2Hide is operated by Tuta Creatio - Stabile Opus LLC ("Cloud2Hide", "we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Cloud2Hide platform, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details — email address, name, and (for business accounts) company name, country, billing address and VAT ID.
- Service configuration — the services, clients, hostnames, regions, firewall rules and credentials you create. Basic Auth passwords are encrypted at rest and never returned after saving.
- Connection metadata — for each connection: time, service, source IP, requested host, duration, bytes in/out and result (ok / blocked / auth_failed). We never record payloads or credentials.
- Usage counters — aggregate traffic per service and month, used for plan limits and billing.
- Billing data — handled by our payment providers (Stripe, Paddle). Card details never reach our servers; we store only a masked reference (brand, last four digits, expiry).
- Security events — logins, token creation/revocation and administrative actions, kept for account security.
Where data lives
Account data and connection logs are stored in our EU region. US and APAC edges serve traffic but persist no logs. Connection-log retention depends on your plan (1–10 days live, plus a 30-day archive with masked IPs on Premium). Suspended accounts are retained for up to 365 days and then permanently deleted.
Why we use it
- To run the service: route your traffic, enforce your firewall rules and show your analytics.
- To bill you and add applicable tax.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse (automated detection, then human review).
- To send you transactional email (verification, billing, security and infrastructure notices).
Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the platform — payment providers (Stripe, Paddle) and our email delivery provider — and where required by law. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
The console uses a session cookie and a CSRF token to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your choices
- Export your data at any time from Settings → Data.
- Delete your account and its data from Settings → Data (or ask us to).
- Request access, correction or erasure by contacting support@cloud2hide.com.
Security
Passwords are stored with Argon2id, API tokens are hashed, and internal control traffic is mutually authenticated over TLS. See our security.txt to report a vulnerability.
